The exact scope is agreed after referral review. Assessments may involve home or community visits, liaison, equipment trials, and written reporting where clinically indicated.

    Detailed assessment of daily function, support needs, participation and environmental barriers, with clear evidence-informed recommendations.

    NDIS access request reports

    Functional evidence and clear occupational therapy reporting to support NDIS access requests where assessment is clinically appropriate.

    Complex seating and positioning

    Assessment of posture, pressure, comfort and function, including 24-hour positioning strategies for complex needs.

    Wheelchair prescription

    Clinical assessment, trials and prescription of manual and powered mobility to support safety, function and participation.
