Goals are kept specific and relevant so progress can be understood in everyday terms. Caitlin works collaboratively and adjusts the approach as confidence, function or circumstances change.
Home and community appointments are available across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Inner City and nearby Inner West. Telehealth or appointments outside this area may be available depending on the referral.
